Not all requirements are fulfilled to start the conditioning mode.

Look for other hardware errors and resolve these first.

Cooling requirements are not fulfilled

1. Check if the ambient temperature is within spec.

2. Check if the humidity is within spec.

3. Ensure that the chiller(s) and projector have the same environmental conditions. See projector and chiller installation manual for detailed installation requirements.

Chillers not operational

1. Check if the chillers are switched on.

2. Ensure that the height difference between chiller coupling and projector coupling is less than 3 meter.

3. Ensure that the chillers are installed upright (not tilted).

Hoses not correctly installed

Ensure that all hoses are coupled with the correct valved fittings on the projector and chillers.

New install

In case of a new installation or system replacement ensure that the projector, chillers and hoses are completely acclimatized.

Note: For a first install the time needed to acclimatize depends on the environmental storage conditions of the projector and chillers. In extreme conditions the acclimatization time may take several hours.

Dew point inside the sealed compartments of the projector is too high

The dew point inside the sealed compartments of the projector needs to be lower than the temperature of the cooling liquid inside the chiller(s). If not, the projector can fail to startup.

1. Check if the ambient temperature is within spec.

2. Check if the humidity is within spec.

Some electronic boards are not up and running

1. Check for other errors and resolve these first.

2. Ensure that all boards have the latest firmware installed.
