Chiller has no power

Ensure that the chiller is switched on.

First install of chiller

Check the address plug (reference 5 image) of the new installed chiller. See installation manual of the chiller.

Only one chiller have communication problems.

1. Check external data cabling (from projector to chiller or from to chiller to chiller). Ensure that all thumbscrews are fastened. E.g. reference 2 image.

2. Check chiller internal data connection between communication port (15 pins SUBD) and Logic board. Reference 3 image and reference 4 image.

3. Malfunction Logic board of the chiller. Replace Logic board. See service manual of the chiller.

4. Malfunction Electronic FRU. Replace complete Electronics FRU. See service manual of the chiller.

All chillers have communication problems. Malfunction LCB

1. Check projector internal data connection between LCB and chiller communication port (15 pins SUBD): Reference 1 image.

2. Check external data cabling from projector to (first) chiller. Ensure that all thumbscrews are fastened. E.g. reference 2 image.

3. Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board (LCB)".
