Not all Airdryers have communication problems. Bad connection between Air Dryer <A>, fuse board and LCB.

1. In case of a small Air Dryer: check the data connection between the busbar fuse board (reference 5 image) and small Air Dryer inside the sealed Light Processor compartment (reference 9 image).

2. In case of a large Air Dryer: check the data connection on the last busbar fuse board inside the sealed laser compartment (reference 4image)

3. In case of a large Air Dryer: check the data connections between the busbar fuse board inside the sealed laser compartment (reference 3image) and the large Air dryers (reference 2image and reference 1image).

All Airdryers have communication problems.

1. Check for interlock events and resolve these first.

2. Check data connection, outside the sealed laser compartment, between the Laser Control Board (reference 7 image ) and busbar fuse board (reference 6 image ).

3. Check for error message related to the 24V supply and resolve these first.

Malfunction Air Dryer

Replace Air Dryer <A>. See service procedure "Replacement of a Large Air Dryer", or "Removal of the Small Airdryer assembly".

Malfunction LCB

Replace Laser Control board. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board (LCB)".
