Malfunction light sensor |
Check for light sensor related errors and resolve these first. |
24V power cut during laser test |
Ensure that all PSU are working properly. Check for 24V related errors and resolve these first. |
The projector can operate but the light path is probably not correctly adjusted. Laser test fail due to a too low light output. |
Realign the optical light path step by step. Start with the light pipe, then the corner blocks and then the beam combiner. See service procedures "Light Pipe" and "Adjustment of the Beam Combiner". |
The projector is in error mode and cannot startup due to too many failing lasers. |
All laser tests (red, green and blue) are failing. Damaged optical components in the Light Pipe. |
See service instructions in chapter "Light Pipe". |
Not all laser tests are failing. Damaged optical components inside the Beam Combiner. |
Replace the Beam Combiner. See service chapter "Replacement process for the Single/Dual Beam Combiner". |
