Group code f-e-e2e24d0d6c-: “laser driver <X> fpga not configured”

Note

The parameter <X> in the group code description corresponds with the cluster driver identification in the error code description (e.g. X = R-C1-D1 → RED channel, Cluster No. 1, Driver No. 1). See error codes in diagnostic window in Communicator to know which value is represented by X. To know the physical location of the cluster driver see service manual chapter "Location of the main components of the projector".

Solution

The fpga of the laser driver is not configured.

  1. Try to upgrade the firmware of the laser driver.

  2. If after several attempts the problem persist replace the laser cluster X. See service chapter "Replacement process of a Laser Cluster".
