Group code f-e-e2d15i158c-: “laser driver <X> package temperature no signal present on J820”

Note

The parameter <X> in the group code description corresponds with the cluster driver identification in the error code description (e.g. X = R-C1-D1 → RED channel, Cluster No. 1, Driver No. 1). See error codes in diagnostic window in Communicator to know which value is represented by X. To know the physical location of the cluster driver see service manual chapter "Location of the main components of the projector".

This warning message indicates a severe problem in the software.

  1. Reboot the projector and see if the problem persist.

  2. In case the warning remains contact Barco for further instructions.
