Situation

Solution

Fan speed too high of fan for air circulation front side laser compartment

  1. Malfunction fan (reference 3 image). Replacement needed. Remove the small service cover and replace the fan which is attached to the cover. See service procedure "Replacement of the laser compartment front fan".

  2. If problem persist replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board (LCB)".

Fan speed too high of fan for air circulation rear side laser compartment

  1. Malfunction fan (reference 1 image). Replacement needed. See service procedure "Replacement of the laser compartment rear fan".

  2. If problem persist replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board (LCB)".

Note: In case of a single beam projector model the rear air circulation fan has another location. See reference 1 image.
