Situation

Solution

Power supply bus bar 24V output voltage too high

  1. Check if the latest firmware of the Laser Control board is installed.

  2. Replace malfunction PSU. See service procedure "Replacement of a Power Supply Unit (PSU)".

Power supply local 5V output voltage too high

Malfunction ++5V power circuitry on the Laser Control board. Replace Laser Control board. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board (LCB)".

Power supply main +12V output voltage too high

Malfunction SMPS. Replace the SMPS. See service procedure "Replacement of the SMPS board".

Power supply safety controller 24V output voltage too high

Malfunction power supply of the Laser Safety Relay. Replacement needed. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Safety Power Supply".
