Possible PSU communication problems

Check for PSU communication warnings and resolve these first. See related troubleshooting checklist.

One or more PSU modules are not correctly mounted in the power rack.

Check if all PSU modules are correctly inserted in the PSU power rack.

Malfunction PSU

Replace the malfunction PSU. See procedure "Replacement of a Power Supply Unit (PSU)".
