External interlock switch A or B is triggered (if installed)

1. Check if the external safety interlocks (if installed) are not triggered. If triggered, resolve the cause and restore the normal operation position of the external interlocks.

2. Then, switch the beam enable key (Master key) off and on to reset the safety controller.

Emergency stop switch is pushed (beam stop button)

1. Check if the beam stop button (Emergency button) is pushed. If pushed, resolve the cause and then quarter turn the beam stop button to restore its normal operation position.

2. Then, switch the beam enable key (Master key) off and on to reset the safety controller.

Master Key is switched off (beam enable key)

Switch on the beam enable key (Master key).

External Master Key is switched off (if installed)

Switch on the external beam enable key (External Master key).

Connector with shunt wires to bypass the external interlocks is not correctly installed.

1. Check if the connector (reference 1 image) is correctly installed.

2. Then, switch the beam enable key (Master key) off and on to reset the safety controller.
