The version of one or more firmware files installed on the Laser Control Board (LCB) are not compatible with the projector software package installed on the Cinema Control Board (CCB). This phenomenon can occur after the LCB is replaced or the last projector software package upgrade was not successful.

Install latest projector software package.

This error message remains as long the software update is not 100% successfully executed.
