Code DOWS0014: “video unmute failed after repeated retries”

Situation

Solution

Unmute failed.

  1. Check if an image is projected on the screen. If not reset the ICMP. See reset procedure described in the projector installation manual.

  2. If persist, check if the latest ICMP firmware and projector software package is installed.

Malfunction ICMP

Replace the ICMP. See service procedure "Replacement of the ICMP Board".
