Dowser disconnected.

Check if dowser is connected with the Signal Backplane (reference 3 image)

Blocked dowser or end switches.

Check if the dowser and end loop switches are not obstructed.

Malfunction end switches or dowser motor.

Replace dowser assembly.

Malfunction CCB.

Replace the CCB, see service procedure "Replacement of the Cinema Controller".
