No lens installed

Ensure that a lens is installed.

Disconnected lens switch

Check if the wire (green/black, reference 8 image) of the lens switch is connected with the Signal Backplane.

Malfunction lens switch

Replace the lens switch from the Lens Holder. See service chapter "Lens Holder".
