Re-seat/replace the Cinema Controller Board. See service procedure "Replacement of the Cinema Controller".

Projector ID card not well inserted in SIM slot.

Check if the Projector ID card is well inserted in the SIM card socket on the Signal Backplane (reference 8 image). To access the SIM card socket the ICMP has to be removed. See service procedure "Replacement of the ICMP Board".

Corrupt or invalid Projector ID card.
