Bad connection

  1. Check wire between Button Module (reference 1 image) and Signal Backplane (reference 2 image).

  2. Reseat CCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Cinema Controller".

Malfunction Button Module

There is no activity on the Button Module, when pressing a button the backlight doesn't lit up purple. Replace the Button Module. See service procedure "Replacement of the Button Module".
