Situation	Solution
Malfunction CCB or SMPS	Measure voltage on the Signal Backplane power input connector J702 pin 7 (reference 8 image). If +12V reseat the CCB. If problem remains replace the CCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Cinema Controller". If not +12V replace the SMPS. See service procedure "Replacement of the SMPS board".
