Misalignment of the Corner Block Mirrors.

Realign the Corner Block Mirrors. See service procedure "Adjustment of the Corner Block Mirror".

Misalignment of the Beam Combiners.

Realign the Beam Combniners. See service procedure "Adjustment of the Beam Combiner".

Damaged optics at the Light Pipe entrance.

Open the Light Pipe and check the condition of following optical components:

  1. Pre-Rod Prism. Ensure the Pre-Rod Prism is correctly mounted. Replace if needed. See service procedure "Replacement of the Pre-Rod Prism".

  2. Pre-Rod Diffuser. Ensure the Pre-Rod Diffuser is correctly mounted. Replace if needed. See service procedure "Replacement of the Pre-Rod Diffuser".

  3. Pre-Rod. Ensure the Pre-Rod is correctly mounted. Replace if needed. See service procedure "Replacement of the Pre-Rod".
