Code 5315: “LLS ambient - temperature sensor short ” (Error)

Situation

Solution

Damaged insulation of the wiring of the temperature sensor which measures the temperature in the channel of the air outlet.

  1. Repair the insulation of the wire unit using shrink sleeve.

  2. If not repairable, replace the whole wire unit and temperature sensor.

Defect temperature sensor, which measures the temperature in the channel of the air outlet.

Replace the temperature sensor.
Note

Ignore any “temperature sensor open” errors that are triggered when disconnecting the temperature sensor connector from the signal backplane.
