Check / reseat the cable between LLS interconnection board J25 to LCB connector J202.

Malfunction LCB

Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".

Malfunctioning Light source

Replace the Light source. See service procedure "Laser Phosphor Light Source".
