Cable or connection +36 V shorted.

Check / reseat the cable between LDM 2–3 and LCB connector J601.

Defective +36 V driver

Replace the +36V module in LDM 2 (slot 3). See service procedure "Replacing the +36V module".

Defective LCB

Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
