Wrong motor settings

Upgrade the software to the latest version. See procedure "Software update via Communicator (DC update companion)".

Bad wiring connection

Check connectors J800 and J801 on the LCB and the phosphor wheel motor and speed sensor. Make sure the cable is properly seated. If problem persists, replace the cable.

Missing jumper connector

Only in the case of Mark II phosphor wheels and light sources, with light sensor included.

Make sure the extra cable and jumper connector (Z3403540) is plugged in on the LCB (connector J701) If not plugged in, the software will not recognize the new phosphor wheel and think it runs at a low speed.

Defective or blocked phosphor wheel

Replace the phosphor wheel module. See "Laser Phosphor Light Source".

Error appears together with +36V errors.

Malfunction LCB.

Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
