Difference in software packages of LDM.

Upgrade the software. See procedure "Software update via Communicator (DC update companion)".

Only the Laser Driver Module has a communication error

1. Check if the LDM is powered. Ensure that the LDM is correctly wired.

2. Check if the communication wiring between LDM and Laser Control Board (connector J500) properly inserted. If problem persists, replace the communication cable.

3. If problem persists, replace the LDM. See service procedure "The Laser Driver Modules (LDM)".

Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
