Cable / connection issue
Check wire connection between the Cooler Controller Board and the pump.
Defective Cooler Control Board
Replace the main control board. See procedure "Replacing the Cooling Unit control boards".
If problem persists, replace the entire Cooler unit.
Damaged pump
Replace the Cooler unit.
