Check / reseat temperature cable on the LCB (J405).

Defective LCB

Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure "Replacing the Laser Control Board (LCB)".

Malfunctioning temperature sensor

Replace the Light Source. See procedure "Laser Phosphor Light Source".
