Bad wiring connection

Check connectors J802 and J804 on the LCB and the diffuser wheel motor and speed sensor. Make sure the cable is properly seated. If problem persists, replace the cable.

Defective or blocked phosphor wheel

Replace the diffusor wheel assembly. See "Laser Phosphor Light Source".

Error appears together with +12V LCB errors.

Problem with +36V module

Malfunction LCB.

Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
