Code 20038: “LLS – Fan 2 (yellow) speed too low”

Situation

Solution

Fan speed too low of right fan Phosphor Wheel

  1. Check fan wire connection on LCB (reference 2, image).

  2. Check fan wire connection at the Phosphor Wheel side (image).

  3. Remove the fan compartment cover of the phosphor wheel and check if the fan (orange wiring) is not blocked .

  4. Malfunctioning fan. Replacement needed. See service procedure "Replacing a Light Source fan".

  5. If problem persists, replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
