Bad wiring connection

Check the small yellow connector j402 on the LCB and on the diffusor wheel PCB. Make sure the cable is properly seated. If problem persists, replace the cable.

Malfunction temperature sensor.

Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacement of the Laser Control Board".
