Bad wiring connection

Check the small orange connector J401 on the LCB and on the phosphor wheel PCB. Make sure the cable is properly seated. Replace if necessary.

Malfunction LCB

Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacing the Laser Control Board (LCB)".
