Cinema Controller failure.

Re-seat/replace the Cinema Controller board.

Projector ID card not well inserted in SIM slot.

Check if the Projector ID card is well inserted in the SIM card socket on the Signal Backplane (reference 8 of image). To access the SIM card socket the two upper boards in the Card Cage and the partition plate have to be removed. See procedure "Removal of the Card Cage partition plate".

Corrupt or invalid Projector ID card.
