Code 6044: “engineair - temperature sensor open” (Error)

Situation

Solution

Wire unit (reference E ) of the temperature sensor is disconnected from the FormattingInterface Board.

Plug the wire unit of the temperature sensor into its socketon the Formatting Interface Board.

Damaged wire unit of the temperature sensor (reference E ).

  1. Repair the wire unit.

  2. If not repairable, replace the whole wire unit and temperaturesensor.

Defect temperature sensor (reference E ).

Replace the temperature sensor.
