Code 6004: “blockfront - temperature sensor open” (Error)

Situation

Solution

Wire unit (reference H ) of the temperature sensor is disconnected from the FormattingInterface Board.

Plug in the wire unit of the temperature sensor into its socketon the Formatting Interface Board.

Damaged wire unit of the temperature sensor (Reference H ) which measures the temperature of thecommon water cooling block of the heat pipes which drain the heatfrom the front of the DMD's.

  1. Repair the wire unit.

  2. If not repairable, replace the Light Processor Unit. ContactBarco for further instructions to repair the malfunction Light ProcessorUnit.

Defect temperature sensor (Reference H ) which measures the temperature of thecommon water cooling block of the heat pipes which drain the heatfrom the front of the DMD's.

Replace the Light Processor Unit. Contact Barco for furtherinstructions to repair the malfunction Light Processor Unit.
