The installed Light Processor is not suitable for this projector.All functionality of the projector remain operational, except theLamp can not be ignited.

Check the type of Light Processor installed. Replace the LightProcessor with a type suitable for this projector. See service manualchapter Installation of the Light Processor Unit.
