Code 5005: “lamppower supplies - communication failed” (Error)

Situation	Solution
LPS communication cable disconnected from the Power Backplane.	Remove the Input & Communication unit to see the connectionsof the Power Backplane. Check if the LPS communication cable (referenceC1) is inserted in itssocket.
LPS communication cable disconnected form the LPS communicationinterface.	Remove the back cover of the projector and check if the LPScommunication cable (reference C2 is connected with the LPS
Disconnected CTRL wire unit between LPS communication interfaceand LPS unit.	Check if the CTRL wire unit (reference C3) is properly connected with the LPS unitand the LPS communication interface.
Main power cable disconnected from the LPS unit.	Check if the main power cable is connected with the “MAINSINPUT” socket of the LPS unit.
Malfunction LPS unit. The red LED “ERR” of themalfunction LPS unit flashes fast.	Replace the whole LPS module.
No communication possible with the LPS unit. (Check log files)	Replace the LPS communication interface.
